What is MentorVet Lead?
This six-month virtual mentorship and professional development program aims to promote wellbeing by providing a combination of training in professional skills, financial and mental health coaching, and mentorship. The six-month program will extend from September 3, 2026 - March 3, 2027.
Program Highlights
Complete five online self-paced learning modules focused on professional skills such as stress management, leadership, mentorship, team building, and financial coaching and budgeting.
Once a month, upon completion of each module, you’ll meet virtually with fellow veterinarians to discuss module content, compare in-practice experiences, and deepen your understanding of how to apply lessons learned.
If desired, meet with our mental health and financial coach to get individualized support.
If desired, pair up with a mentor to get one-on-one mentorship and support.
The program extends from September 3, 2026 - March 3, 2027.
