What is MentorVet Lead?

This six-month virtual mentorship and professional development program aims to promote wellbeing by providing a combination of training in professional skills, financial and mental health coaching, and mentorship. The six-month program will extend from September 3, 2026 - March 3, 2027.

Program Highlights

  • Complete five online self-paced learning modules focused on professional skills such as stress management, leadership, mentorship, team building, and financial coaching and budgeting.

  • Once a month, upon completion of each module, you’ll meet virtually with fellow veterinarians to discuss module content, compare in-practice experiences, and deepen your understanding of how to apply lessons learned.

  • If desired, meet with our mental health and financial coach to get individualized support.

  • If desired, pair up with a mentor to get one-on-one mentorship and support.

  • The program extends from September 3, 2026 - March 3, 2027.

Application

Who is eligible to enter?

You meet the requirements for the program if you fit into either of these categories:

  • Applicant must be able to dedicate around four hours per month during the six-month program.

  • Applicant must be a veterinarian in the US or Canada who has graduated within the past 4 to 20 years.

Scholarship Instructions:
