Introducing a national paired mentorship platform for the veterinary profession.

MentorVet Connect is a collaboration between the AVMA and MentorVet, to bring the power and support of a structured evidence-based mentor program to early-career AVMA members free of charge in their first 10 years as a veterinarian. Pairing early-career veterinarians and trained mentors who are AVMA members, the program provides a solid foundation to launch mentees on a path toward success and career fulfillment.
