That’s why in partnership with MentorVet, CareCredit is proudly offering 10 full scholarships for MentorVet programming in 2025 to ensure your passion and purpose are rewarded with satisfaction and success in the profession you’ve chosen.
Designed to help veterinary professionals thrive, MentorVet offers evidence-based programming that delivers the peer support, coaching, and mentorship you need to support you in your chosen profession.
Scholarships are available for early-career veterinarians (MentorVet Leap), mid-career veterinarians (MentorVet Lead), or veterinary technicians at any stage of their career (MentorVet Tech).
About MentorVet Programming
Our six-month virtual mentorship and professional development programs aim to promote wellbeing by providing a combination of training in professional skills, financial and mental health coaching, and mentorship.
Scholarship Qualifications
Applicants must be veterinary technicians at any stage of their career or veterinarians who graduated within the past 15 years within the United States
Applicants must be able to dedicate around four to five hours per month for six months
Program Highlights
Complete five online self-paced learning modules focused on professional life skills including stress management, leadership, conflict management, and moral stress.
Once a month, upon completion of each module, you’ll meet virtually with your program peers to discuss module content, compare in-practice experiences, and deepen your understanding of how to apply lessons learned.

MentorVet Tech (veterinary technicians) - Aug 1, 2025 - Jan 31, 2026
MentorVet Leap (early-career vets) - Aug 9, 2025 - Jan 31, 2026
MentorVet Lead (mid-career vets) - Sep 19, 2025 - Mar 15, 2026
These MentorVet programs have been approved for 10 hours of continuing education credits in jurisdictions that recognize RACE approval. They are also approved in the state of NY.
